1. About these terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the individual (a private person) who develops Lenta Masterov ("we"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Lenta Masterov.
2. Who can use Lenta Masterov
Lenta Masterov is for people aged 16 and over. By signing up you confirm that you are at least 16.
3. Your account
Give a real name or a recognizable creative name, keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for what is done through it. If you think someone has access to your account, change your password and write to us.
4. Your works and your rights
Everything you publish — photos, process stories, descriptions, comments — stays yours. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission to store, show and resize your content inside Lenta Masterov and in share links you create, only to run the service. The permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have legitimately saved outside the app.
5. Publish only what you may publish
Share only your own work or work you have the right to show, and credit teachers, patterns and co-authors when you use them. Do not publish photos of other people without their consent.
6. A community, not a marketplace
Lenta Masterov is a non-commercial space for process and inspiration. Prices, sales offers, order requests, shop links and advertising are not allowed and are removed.
7. What is not allowed
Harassment, threats, hate, sexual or violent content, spam, impersonation, collecting other people's data, automated scraping, attempts to break or overload the service, and anything illegal.
8. Moderation
We may remove content and limit or close accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Where possible we explain why. If you think we made a mistake, write to us.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Your profile, works, comments, likes, saves, collections and followers are then erased as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. The app itself
The Lenta Masterov name, design and code belong to the developer. You may use the app for its intended purpose but may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer it.
11. No guarantees
Lenta Masterov is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable and your data safe, but we cannot promise that the app will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for content published by other members. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will tell you in the app before important changes take effect. If you keep using Lenta Masterov after that, the new Terms apply.
14. Applicable law and contact
