Who we are
Lenta Masterov is developed and operated by an individual — a private person, not a company or a registered entrepreneur ("we"). This person is the controller (operator) of your personal data. Contact for any privacy question or request: support@lentamasterov.ru.
What we collect
- Account: name, username, email address and a securely hashed password.
- Profile, if you add it: photo, bio, city, website and what you make.
- What you publish: works, photos, process stories, materials, tags, comments, collections, likes, saves and follows.
- Safety: reports and blocks.
- Technical: device model, Android version, app version, IP address and error logs.
- Messages you send us, for example through "Write to the developer".
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your precise location, contacts, phone number or payment details. Location and camera information embedded in photos is removed before upload. We do not show ads and do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Why we use it
To create and run your account; to show your works and let members follow, comment and save; to send service messages such as password resets and notifications you have turned on; to keep the community safe and handle reports; to fix errors and improve the app; to meet legal obligations.
Legal basis
We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of the agreement), with your consent where the law requires it (you can withdraw it at any time), for our legitimate interest in keeping Lenta Masterov safe and working, and to comply with the law.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on servers of Timeweb Cloud in the Russian Federation. If you live outside Russia, your data is transferred there to provide the service; by creating an account you agree to this transfer.
Who else sees it
Your profile and public works are visible to everyone, including guests without an account. Private works and private collections are visible only to you. We share data only with providers who help run the service (hosting, email delivery, error reporting) under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. After you delete your account, your data is erased from active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. Technical logs are kept up to 90 days; information about reports handled may be kept up to one year to protect the community.
Your rights
You can see and correct your data in the app, download a copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent and delete your account. For anything you cannot do in the app, write to support@lentamasterov.ru — we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account. After confirming with your password, your profile, works with their photos and process stories, comments, likes, saves, collections and followers are permanently deleted, together with drafts on the device.
Security
Data is transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to servers is limited. No system is completely secure, so please use a unique password.
Children
Lenta Masterov is not intended for anyone under 16. If we learn that a younger person has an account, we delete it.
Residents of the EU and UK
You have the rights of the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Residents of Russia
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and is recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation. Consent to processing, including publication of profile data, is given separately at sign-up (the "Consent to the processing of personal data" document).
Residents of California
We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. You may request access to or deletion of your data at support@lentamasterov.ru.
Changes to this policy
We will tell you in the app before important changes take effect. The date of the latest version is shown at the top. The current version is also published at lentamasterov.ru/privacy.
